The 5 rivers radio station was founded in 2017. Just an idea emerged into the creators mind to do something different which other radio stations don’t.

The 5 Rivers radio station is run by volunteers from the people of East London (Ilford). We are a non-profitable radio station. We pride ourselves on by helping the society by advertising and giving awareness and promoting information to the public in our local area. We run a time scheduled programme where we will be playing music from all Asian Indian backgrounds. Punjabi bhangra, Hindi, Bollywood, Pakistani, and Urdu. For each programme we have a different presenter advertising, hosting a show and giving any news or information to the public to all different types of religions such as Muslim, Sikh, Hindu, Christian and others.
